Process Piping
Our trained craftsmen handle all aspects of specialty process piping including:
- Small boring piping (up to 2" in diameter) for carbon and stainless steel
- Standard pipe fabrication for carbon and stainless steel systems (2.5" - 60" in diameter)
- Cutting and grooving for cut to length grooved piping and fittings (2.5" - 24" in diameter, and larger dimensions as needed)
- Welding flanges to pipe and fittings for bolt up flange systems
- Orbital welding for sanitary piping
- Food grade piping
- Welding qualified to ASME Section 9
- GTAW & SMAW Welding standards
- B31.1 & BPE Quality standards
- API 1104
- National Certified Pipe Bureau Assoc.
- Stamps include: R, PP
- X-Ray, Hydro and Bore Scope Weld testing
Our project leaders carry 30-hour OSHA cards.
